Ideally, they prefer to have person to person discussions, consultations, and recommendations with real live knowledgeable agents here in Hawaii. Previously, those who wanted to purchase property in Las Vegas had to communicate over the Pacific (mainly by phone or emails), to have their questions and concerns answered. Leaving such a major decision in their lives to someone thousands of miles away was possible, however sadly many ended up moving to different properties within a few years after realizing their dream home was not really their ideal home after all. Our team, combined with over 25 years of real estate and financial lending experience, will meet & consult with clients here on Oahu. Those who eventually decide to purchase a Las Vegas property, will confidently realize this was the best choice they could have made. We are dual licensed agents (Hawaii and Las Vegas) who travel back and forth between Hawaii and Las Vegas. Our loan officer is also licensed in Hawaii and Las Vegas. He can come up with the perfect financing package whether it be home equity or a conventional loan package. Our clients don’t have the uncertainty of sending private, confidential documents to somebody overseas whom they never met in person. As Las Vegs property owners ourselves, our goal is to help clients strategize and ease the process in finding the perfect property, in the right neighborhood, at the right price. Darrell and David made the entire process super easy for us first timers!

This was our first time selling a home and we didn't know what to do or what to expect. From the very beginning, Darrell and David explained the entire process to us and let us know what the next steps would be. They were always available to answer our questions, regardless of the time of day. Their knowledge of the market and where to start the pricing of our house played a big role in getting us off on the right track. They were able to negotiate effectively on our behalf to get us the exact offer were looking for. There were a few hiccups along the way (out of our control), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them as they are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Thank you so much Darrell and David!
