Jon has been the best I've ever dealt with. Professional, prompt, courteous, helpful, and a good friend. I don't usually leave reviews, but I highly recommend Jon. He accomplished things in a few months that others couldn't in years. Thank you, Jon! Just so people know, I have no affiliation with Jon, or his company. Sincerely, Todd Hunt

We worked with Theresa DeMarco on the sale of our condo in Beech Mountain. She made the process very easy and we didn't even have to be present at closing. We live 2 and a half hours away from Beech Mountain so it was very convenient that all of our documents were signed digitally and whenever we had a question, she was always helpful and available. We highly recommend working with her as your real estate agent! We would definitely work with her again!

Betty was so awesome. Took us a while to figure out what we were looking for in a mountain home and Betty was very helpful and patient. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various mountain areas. We ended up in Roaring Gap which is only 50 minutes from our home in Statesville. If you are looking for a property in the high country, you will not find a better partner for your journey than Betty. We highly highly recommend.

Theresa Gatewood is a great communicator that made for a smooth out of state transaction. She provided clear timelines, task lists and handled everything for us. It made selling our property from thousands of miles away easy for us. She is highly professional and handles every interaction with her clients with excellence. I would highly suggest her to anyone buying or selling. She utilizes the most up to date technology to market her properties in today's digital world. She is one of the best agents that we have worked with over the course of the last decade, buying and selling 4 properties.

Theresa is the most exceptional real estate agent that I have had the pleasure to work with in many years. We highly recommend him, and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if the occasion arises.
