Kathy is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with! She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel very confident that your getting the best advice. Kathy is kind and patient but most importantly fights for the best deal possible. She has a great reputation and network. She’s awesome!

Kathy’s pre-market recommendations resulted in selling our property above asking price and in record time. The volume of her listings and sales is a testimony of her experience in a changing housing market. She has a professional marketing team that stages and photographs each area of the property to present a winning combination. In our opinion, Kathy Colvillle is the Realtor of The Year for state of Virginia.

Kathy and her team are the best! Very professional, prompt and most important, experts in the real-estate business. We've been with Kathy for over 20 years, she is so knowledgeable, we trust her with all our real-estate needs. Buying, selling or renting, all of it!

I met Kathy in 2007 and have not used anyone else in VA since! She is seriously impressive. 3 purchases and sales have all processed on time with few hitches, none of her making! This latest sale of my rental property was a major project involving Kathy engaging with trusted contractors to renovate and stage it to sell. She did a wonderful job and kept me in the loop at all times as I was out of state. My advice, do not use anyone else for your sale or purchase, she is the best in NoVA and goes into bat for her clients every time.

I've been working with Kathy for over 20 years, and she's helped me sell and buy many homes. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! Kathy's instincts are brilliant, she works tirelessly to find you the perfect home, and get you the highest sales price. Her staff is wonderful to work with, and their responsiveness is superior. I believe there is no better realtor in Loudoun County!

Kathy and her entire team is spectacular. They really work with you on what you should expect to get, what you need to do for the best sale and best deal, and getting through everything to closing. Even when challenges present themselves, they step up and take care of issues, any time day or night. Super happy to use them to both buy and sell! They are the best!

Kathy gets it done! The property sold even before it officially hit the market. It was labeled as "coming soon," and POOF, it was gone in hours. And at above asking price to boot! And when the buyers wanted to be unreasonable with the distribution of the escrow, Kathy was there to fight and get it done. She is "one stop shopping." Leave it in her hands and confidently sit back and let her work. She isn't scared to get the dirty stuff finished! I highly recommend her and her staff!

Kathy’s experience that she brings to the table sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to real estate agents. I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else. She made the whole experience stress free and very pleasant. I’m going to highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

We had a historic home in downtown Leesburg. Older homes are not for everyone so it needed a little more work. Kathy was great when it came to negotiating the contract, and we had a very successful transaction.

Kathy provided excellent customer service, communication and smooth sell transaction. Dedicated and gets the sell!

I was referred to Kathy by a colleague, with the warning “If you call her, be ready to move. That woman’s an absolute bulldog about making things happen. She’s full send, full time”. I could not be more pleased with the results of her work. She was able to get us an amazing offer on the house my ex-wife and I sold, and she busted her ass for several weeks to help me find a new home. She lined up the home inspection, got my well and septic inspected, made sure the repair work was taken care of, and had people lined up to make sure my financing was squared away. Throughout the entire process she had to answer multiple phone calls from me, because I had no idea what I was doing, and she dumbed everything down Gumby-style for me. Her knowledge of the current market was outstanding, and her communication, from start to finish, was amazing.

Kathy was extremely friendly, and worked hard to make sure that I was able to find a good home, for a good price. Her knowledge of real estate made things easy for my to understand, and her rapport with the selling agent wound up saving me time and money, since she found a condo that I did not previously know was on the market, and it wound up being cheaper (and nicer IMO) than the one I was interested in! I highly recommend Kathy for anyone looking to buy in the Northern VA area.
