LOVED working with Maddy. This was our first home and she made the process easy. It took us some time to get approved but we finally got it together and started looking for our home. She knew what we were looking for a found the perfect one. She did her best to negotiate the price and help get the seller to pay for closing cost. I Live in San Diego, California. I was referred to Jesse from our realtor that is currently selling our home. I asked her if she knew anyone in Arizona that could help me with my fathers home. My fathers home caught on fire almost 2 years ago, and he has been struggling to get back in his home. I needed to find out how much we could sell it for as is, or if we could fix it up for him to live in again. My realtor did some research and interviewed several realtors over the phone, then gave me Jesse’s name. He telephoned me and we had a long conversation about the dilemma my father is in. I could tell by talking to him that he was a kind and caring person. He was eager to help my father either sell his home, or help him get it fixed so he could move back in it. Jesse went to my father’s home, and had his licensed contractor look at the damage. We are all currently working together to come up with what is best. It has been very difficult for me because I live so far away. I feel that I can totally trust Jesse and his contractor to help my father. He is pleasant to talk to, listens to what I have to say, takes the time to answer my questions, and responds back to my calls in a timely manner. All of which he does with a sincere heart. He feels like family. I look forward to working with him.

Frank's knowledge and professionalism was beyond reproach. I was definitely in a bad spot with a property owned between my ex-wife and I. He was extremely focused and directed the entire process without a hitch. Frank was recommended by a friend who flips houses and is knowledgeable of the market; so I had the advantage of knowing who the recommendation was coming from. As a total stranger, I will share with you that I had no plans of selling my house, it was an overnight decision due to illness. I was grateful that Frank asked VERY minimal questions and after assessing the property made his recommendations. I left the state and 2 days later on the very day my house went on the market, I had 5 offers; one cash for 6,000 more than the asking price. EVERYTHING was done electronically, fast and simple. Weeks after the closing, Frank message me to see how I was doing, I asked Frank if there was somewhere I could write a recommendation.
