Its always been me and my family's dream to find a place of our own. After realizing our landlord was not going to fix anything and increase our rent, we decided its time to buy our first house but didn't know where to start. I found Jesse and read all the wonderful reviews and how he and his team helped their clients. We set up an appointment. Not only did Jesse wanted us to find a place, he wanted us to know who we're working with. He taught us so much about real estate, and how the market works. From being lost to gaining control, we understand the process when it comes to purchasing a home. Today, we not only have a new house but a new build! It is very surreal and hasn't quite hit me yet that we now have a place to call home. I reached out to Jesse to sell my home after attempting to use opendoor. I had worked with Jesse previously to buy my home and had a great experience. This time, however, I wanted to go through open door for a quick and convenient transaction. I didn’t want the hassle of showings, repairs and the uncertainty of knowing when someone would make an offer. I received my offer from opendoor and felt it wasn’t fair. This is when I reached out to Jesse. He was attentive to all my conditions on selling my home and had a solution for any of my concerns. Within one week, we were able to get my house listed on the market, receive offers and go under contract.All the reasons I wanted to go through open door, were still achieved by working with Jesse and I was able to get at least $30K more profit than if I had used opendoor. But our realtor was real patient with us. I didn't really know the process of buying a house, but our realtor explained to us into steps to take in the process of buying a house. So it made it easier for us and they helped us and took care of everything for us so that customers would be stress free. Overall the experience was very exciting and looking for houses. Doing the inspections and making sure the house was in decent and good condition. Also our realtor made sure that if we wanted the house and if there was anything wrong with house that seller had to fix and we had a choice to decline and not get the house and continue searching for another one. Although the very exciting and nerve wrecking thing was getting our keys to our first house and hearing the words ownership and congratulations!!! I'm in complete shock, that my husband and I and our 4 kids actually going to move into our first house we are going to own!!! I also have to be honest there was so much mixed emotions in feeling unsure, nervous, scared, stressed, and worried, but now I feel good and secure and safe with the steps and process they had us go through. There is so much more I can say, because I had a Great experience going through the process of buying a house and getting approved and knowing what is to be expected and people with knowledge to be leading you through it. I just want to say I really appreciate for the patience, the help, the guidance, and the understanding for my Family and I, Thanks 🙏
