Awesome Real Estate Agent!!!
Mariella is well knowledgeable of the Greater Tampa Bay Area real estate market. She communicated clearly on the market, strategy to sell, and allowed us (sellers) to make our own decisions…she did not push us to a price of her desire. She went far and beyond off of our expectations. Mariella represented us, as we were out of town, at every meeting as if it was her a house being sold. We closed on our house in less than 45 days!!!!

Amazing job
Eva did an amazing job. She was able to work out sellers contribution towards the closing. I put down money to show them I was very interested in the house and due to her working out the seller contribution I received almost all of that money back at closing. She was very proactive during the house search. She answered all of the questions I had about the process. She was very quick to respond and went above and beyond helping me. She was able to efficiently negotiate the price and I was able to close on time and already had equity in the house after the appraisal. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Me encantó todo el proceso
Me encantó trabajar con Mary Tovar, su profesionalismo, transparencia y compromiso, fueron lo máximo en este camino para adquirir mi primera vivienda! Si quieres llevar un proceso tranquilo, para adquirir tu vivienda y tener a alguien que esté pendiente hasta del más mínimo detalle… trabaja con Mary Tovar!!! No hay nada mejor que ir de la mano de alguien que conoce y te entiende lo que quieres y buscas en un proceso tan importante que no todos se atreven a iniciar por miedo a lo desconocido, pero en mi opinión el haber trabajo con Mary fue un éxito, ella entendió lo que yo buscaba y quería adquirir como mi primera vivienda.
