All I can say is wow and that I was very impressed. Blake made purchasing my 4th home super easy, fun, and enjoyable. Prior realtors I’ve used in the past simply did not conduct business at the level Blake did. Blake made himself available after hours and on weekends, and he was even available when he was out of the country to handle crucial events in the purchase of my home. I provided Blake with the amenities I desired and the general area where I wanted to live and Blake was able to weed out 92% of the 400 or so homes in my price range and save a ton of time. We looked at 4 homes and found the right one almost immediately. Blake negotiated a fair price and when the seller / listing agent was caught providing false information in regards to amenities of the home, he was able to negotiate over $8000 in seller, concessions, and credits towards closing. Blake was an awesome realtor for me and previously guided three of my close friends through the purchase of their home. I would recommend Blake to any of my family and friends for any future home purchases knowing 1000% they will be in great hands. Thanks Blake!

Our experience with Dianne was amazing!!! She did an excellent job and was super attentive to all of our needs. It was especially helpful that she was able to find us the perfect home by sending us videos and pics while still living out-of-state. I would highly recommend utilizing Dianne for anyone buying in Tampa or the surring areas.

Working with Myrta was an awesome experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and hands on every aspect of the process. Myrta went out of her way to guide me through the entire process. She is extremely up to date on current market conditions. I had several realtors that commented on my property being too expensive. Myrta did her homework, had her comps, and set me up to sell quickly at my "too expensive" price. I trusted her professional opinion and boy did she come through. Myrta is definitely a 5 STAR agent.
