All I can say is wow and that I was very impressed. Blake made purchasing my 4th home super easy, fun, and enjoyable. Prior realtors I’ve used in the past simply did not conduct business at the level Blake did. Blake made himself available after hours and on weekends, and he was even available when he was out of the country to handle crucial events in the purchase of my home. I provided Blake with the amenities I desired and the general area where I wanted to live and Blake was able to weed out 92% of the 400 or so homes in my price range and save a ton of time. We looked at 4 homes and found the right one almost immediately. Blake negotiated a fair price and when the seller / listing agent was caught providing false information in regards to amenities of the home, he was able to negotiate over $8000 in seller, concessions, and credits towards closing.
