Blake was amazing from the beginning to the end. He drove about 45 minutes each time we looked at houses. Was very patient, understanding, and determined to find me exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured or rushed at any of our showings. He also was the one who connected me to the amazing mortgage broker team that found a way for me to get a loan that works best for my budget and to be able to own a house when I didn’t think it was possible! There are many agents doing a wonderful job. However, Yolangel is tops. She has so much knowledge to share about purchasing a home. She is prepared to answer any question you may have. She is aware of the buyers worries and concerns and tackles them without hesitation. She listens and doesn't waste your time by taking you to see homes she knows you will note like or can afford. My family and I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Yolangel Rodriguez. We had very little knowledge on how to find the right home, but after just a few words she planted such confidence that we placed all our trust in her and we now are more than sure that we made the right decision. Every visit we made to the various homes we visited during our search she was always ready with all the property information available and ready to investigate further in many cases calling the selling realtors and even investors to get the information we needed to make the right decisions, she really helped to take the lots pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Yolangel Rodriguez walked us through every step of the negotiations. We have several friends looking for homes, selling as well, and they all have found the same confidence we did with Yolangel Rodriguez and decided to give her their business.
