I was looking for a new home. The market was hot and it was a great time to sell. I was nervous about buying and selling at the same time but Blake made the process very smooth. My home was listed and showings started pouring in. HE FOUGHT FOR ME to get the best deal possible and my home sold for thousands over list. During this process he was also assisting in helping find my new home. He was able to direct the transactions to close on certain dates and times to make it convenient for me and my schedule. I can not say enough about how effortless and smooth my transactions were. ANY questions I had were answered within minutes. If you're looking for a realtor he's your guy!! Thank you Blake!!
