Lauren helped my husband and I buy our first home together. She was very thorough, detailed and patient with us. She spent time educating us on how the whole home buying process worked initially and really helped us navigate the entire process. She was very response to all of our questions. She also gave recommendations on some great vendors that we used for the process (inspection, mortgage lender, flooring, etc). Overall great first time home buying experience. Brandon exhibited professionalism at every turn, even when there were problems. He was always positive, but realistic. My husband and I felt very "taken care of".we had a Major septic problem.
