I have a very hectic schedule so this was greatly appreciated. She managed to negotiate a deal with my seller that Amazed me. They knocked $10,000 of the price, replaced the roof and covered the closing costs. She always responded when I reached out. Ashley helped us find our perfect family home. We had a lot of requirements on the list too — close to family, country but easy access to highways for city travel, land (no close neighbors!), 4 bedrooms, in a good area, clean … and we found the perfect home with Ashley's help! Cassandra was an amazing help in our house hunting adventure. And while we had a unique case she never hesitated to help, offer advise, and show homes. Ms. Smith had helped me find my perfect house last year and this year she sold my previous residence. Her evaluation of the market and the condition of my old house allowed me to maximize my profit.
