Monir Clark

Monir is absolutely amazing! We first connected a couple of years ago when I was originally preparing to move to Georgia. Our move was delyed at that time; however, recently I accepted a promotion that required a intrastate move to GA. I knew immediately to reconnect with Monir to help with finding a home. My family had a very small window of time available to find a home and move all during the holidays, and Monir never missed a beat! She was able to work with my schedudle, work weekdays or weekends, and crank out long days with me to find the right home in a short period of time. She knew a lot about all of the areas we were looking into, and even companies and agents homes were listed with. But most importantly, I never felt pressured to look at a house or settle with her. There were a number of homes we drove out of our way to see, and didn't even waste the time to get out of the car once we were there. She was a trooper, and I will recommend her to anyone I know buying a home in the area. She is an absolutely amazing agent and person overall.

As a first home buyer, Monir had been more than wonderful in helping us finding our dream home within a short period of time. Not only being professional in representing us during the entire home buying process, she has been diligent, responsive, and flexible in accommodating our busy work/personal schedule. More importantly, she has shared her valuable knowledge and honest opinion on what material to look out for from interior to exterior of a house. No matter if you are buying/selling your first home or not, Monir is a great real estate agent whom I highly recommend.

I approach this from the other side of the table. Monir represented the seller in my home purchase. From a buyers point of view, she was excellent. She responded to every question I had promptly and answered them or found my answer very quickly. If ever I have a home to sell again, I will be seeking her help. She is wonderful.
