He not only helped us find a house that matched our search criteria, but he worked endlessly to ensure the contract on the house did not fall apart despite the issues that came up after inspections and appraisal. He also nudged us in the right direction when looking for an area to search for a house and suggested an area that met our requirements which would have the best possible ROI in the future. We found Sara and Lillian to be such a wonderful mother/daughter real estate team that were very helpful in us finding a new house. They were willing to accompany us several times throughout the new construction build process at various times of the day and to check the measurements of rooms carefully throughout the purchase process. They were very tactful about arranging our open house for our old home being extremely polite to those coming to the open house. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Eslam “E” Leung. From the first day of listing of our home to the final day at closing our new home, E was with my husband and me for every step.
