Joanna is incredible to work with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and communicative. I have bought and sold homes before and was never overly pleased with the real estate agents I had worked with previously. Joanna shattered the mold and exceeded my expectations. We were in a rental house and had given our notice to move, so we had two months to find a home. Problem was we didn’t know the area of town we wanted to live. Joanna spent time with us going all over the Atlanta area and looking at vastly different styles of homes. She expertly guided us through the process and began to narrow our search based on our likes/dislikes. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time, but she did help us get more efficient when she got to know more about our tastes in homes and the places we seemed to prefer. When we found a home, Joanna coached us on the best practices of making an offer and how to approach the counter offer. This was the first time a real estate agent actually helped me understand negotiating the overall deal. She reminded us that we shouldn’t just focus on negotiating the price of the home without considering closing costs. Once the contract was official, she made sure we knew all the steps and kept us on point so that we closed about 2 weeks before we had to be out of our rental home. I definitely would recommend Joanna, and if I ever sell this house, she’ll be the first one I reach out to.
