We had a fantastic expereince with Kim. This was our first time selling a house and Kim made everything easy for us. She was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and took the time with us that we needed to feel comfortable. She was instrumental in getting us through the sale without having to go through a long appraisal process. I don't know that a less experienced agent would have been able to make that happen.
