We bought our beautiful home in East Cobb with Kiersten and were delighted with the service she provided. We had to purchase from a distance, and Kiersten was adept at making technology work for us, to include Zoom coordination calls, Zillow strategies, etc, combined with on-the-ground knowledge of the areas were we wanted to move. Her team was on-target through the closing process. Kiersten's experience as a project manager paid huge dividends; we could count on her knowing where we were in the process and that milestones were being hit on time. Kiersten was flexible, shifting our focus to East Cobb when we were unable to find the right home in the Suwanee/John's Creek area. Two thumbs way up.

After successfully selling our property in Brookhaven with Autumn, we decided to hire her again to sell our midtown condo without any hesitation. We were worried about being able to sell the unit on time because our condo HOA payment was on the high side, however, thanks to Autumn working her magic, our condo sold right away, at even a higher price than we were expecting!
