Ashley was absolutely amazing in the sale of our home. She was knowledgeable about the area, promoted the property thoroughly and went above and beyond to help us make our property shine for potential buyers. She was hands on in all aspects of our sale and communicated clearly. She sent regular weekly updates to keep us informed of the activity on our property, which helped us make more informed decisions. Ashley was not only professional, but she was also personable and make the stressful process a lot easier than we expected. We would highly recommend her services and if in the future we move back to the area, she is who we would contact to help us find a new home!

Once my wife and I had decided to sell my Father's house I initiated the due diligence process by obtaining a list of the six most outstanding Ocala real estate agents - Ms. Ashley Yates was one of them. Ashley was the only agent of the group that reached out for a Facetime conversation with us. During this session she was fully transparent and provided us with detailed information on property values, the contract process and other pertinent information relative to the potential sale. After we committed to Magnolia Homestead Ashley was simply brilliant, totally communicative and professional. She made a bitter-sweet event a pleasing success !

New home owner in Ocala, and without the help of Ashley Yates and Seth Farley and the rest of the team it wouldn’t be possible. The entire team has gone far beyond expectations. They keep you updated with every detail, explain anything and everything that you might not comprehend, super friendly, very organized, and always punctual. Sadly google only lets me rate up to 5 stars even though they definitely deserve a 1,000 stars. If you’re looking to move to Ocala, I highly recommend and strongly encourage you guys to contact them. You will definitely not be disappointed. I couldn’t ask for a better team and thank you guys for all your help.

Ashley is phenomenal! Kind, caring, attentive, professional. She was there every time I phoned her. Ashley was referred by another of her satisfied clients. I will definitely refer Magnolia Homestead Realty to anyone I know, needing a wonderful realtor. Ashley listed my home and it sold the next day! She knows how to price them and how to write an inviting description. After looking at the pictures and reading about my home, I almost wanted to buy it back! lol She is absolutely the best!!!

I initially met with Ashley and Holly when I was preparing for selling my house. They made a few recommendations and helped with obtaining services I was looking for obtaining for my house. Once I listed the house with them, we received two offers within 24 hours and the house was under contract within 24 hours. The process was smooth and we closed on the house within 30 days. Highly recommend them!
