When we first decided to sell our house in Silver Springs Shores, we were unfamiliar with potential realtors. My wife and I both had appraisal experience and we recognized how critical finding a good realtor was in selling a home. We looked at reviews and Ashly stood out. Still, we wanted to be sure. We interviewed five different realtors and once again Ashly stood out. We decided to go with Ashley and her team. We never for a moment regretted our decision. Ashley and her team were extremely professional. They did an outstanding job showing our house and highlighting its features. Any time they we had a question the team was extremely responsive. We were successful in selling our house, and Ashly and her team made that possible. Buying or selling, if we were ever to be in the market again, we would look only to Ashley Yates Realty.

We've bought and sold many homes, and Ashley Yates is by far the most knowledgeable real estate agent/broker we've had. She spared no expense with marketing and had a solution for every problem we encountered. When a repair was needed, she sent her handyman, whose charges were reasonable, to our home, usually within minutes. She always answered our texts promptly. If you make the wise decision to have Ashley sell your home, the only work you'll have to do is sign the closing papers.

Ashley Yates and her team were absolutely amazing with our purchase & followed by the selling of our home! Ashley and her team were not only the nicest and most thorough but also extremely intelligent and prompt with both experiences! Within having just one phone call to her discussing about selling our home to relocate for work, within not even one full week our home was on the market and PENDING within 5 days! Her team is absolutely incredible! She made us feel like family! I would recommend Ashely Yates a million times over to anyone looking to purchase or sell!

As first time home buyers, we didn’t really know what to expect but Ashley made this process as smooth as possible for us along the way. If there was an issue, she would do whatever she could to fix it and she was on top of it. The sellers agent was not very available or responsive, Ashley and her assistant Donna still went above and beyond to make sure things were done on time for us. She made the time to communicate and answer any of my questions as well, no matter how busy she was. I understand why Ashley is as successful as she is, not only does she have the experience, but she’s good at what she does and she genuinely cares. I’m so glad I chose Ashley, thank you again for helping us find and buy our first home ☺️
