Above and Beyond
Joe represented us for both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. This was the first home that we have sold, so we were unsure of the process. Joe led us through the process and helped provide recommendations for any services that we needed during the buyer's checklist process. He even went out of his way to meet a vendor at our house so we didn't have to miss work. We were able to sell our house in the first couple days on the market for list price (which honestly, was more than I expected). I would highly recommend Joe for anyone in the market. He is knowledgable, helpful, and makes you feel like the most important customer.
