Chris is an expert in the Mobile Home industry - both single family homes, Mobile Home Parks and evaluating raw land for Mobile Home uses. He has proven invaluable in dealing with various county permitting/zoning/building departments. He has gone above and beyond what a normal realtor would do for a deal. He is the only one I trust to have my best interests in mind and to tell me the truth not some B.S. to get a listing. While my main focus has been the Mobile Home space, Chris has also worked on Condo and raw land purchase/sale with me and I can vouch for his work there as well.

Joe represented us for both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. This was the first home that we have sold, so we were unsure of the process. Joe led us through the process and helped provide recommendations for any services that we needed during the buyer's checklist process. He even went out of his way to meet a vendor at our house so we didn't have to miss work. We were able to sell our house in the first couple days on the market for list price (which honestly, was more than I expected). I would highly recommend Joe for anyone in the market.
