Victoria told us to price our house $20,000 over what we thought it would sell for. So we did. In 12 hours after putting it on the market we had 2 offers over asking price! Wound up getting $4,000 over asking price and we were and still are thrilled! Victoria was wonderful and we were blessed that she was our agent!

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Victoria is. She was able to secure a contract in 2 days after the home was listed AND negotiate price with the sellers. I loved her knowledge and expertise of real estate and the lending process. She is quick to answer any and all questions.
