Greg was great to work with. He did so many things I didn’t even expect him to do – little things that helped sell the house. He came over one Saturday, and we cleaned every light fixture in my house. When I moved into my new place, he offered to hang all of my pictures. I love the way they look, and everyone comments. Greg went above and beyond to sell our house. We can’t say enough good things about him. We’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years, and he’s probably the best that we’ve had. He listened to our needs, and his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. You just can’t get any better. We were selling the house but living in California. When it was time to show the house, he would go over and get everything perfect before the other real estate agents showed up. Then he would go back over and close the house up. He tidied things up and blew leaves. Little touches like that are what helped us get more than the asking price for our house.
