We can’t say enough good things about Norman Schlemmer with ARC Realty. We put our house on the market in early January, 2018, after talking with him at length about pros, cons, comps, at our kitchen table. We never felt rushed or dismissed with our multiple questions. We closed in late April after multiple showings. Norm was accessible with advice, answers, feedback in just any questions we had along the way. We highly recommend him as a true professional that will work hard for his clients and do what he says he will do.

Norman is very attentive, responsive and thorough. He listens to what the client says and asks, and works very hard to fascilitate a successful transaction. I highly recommend him and would ask him to work with me again if the opportunity arises.

Jamie was so patient and helpful. She took the time to explain certain things to me so that I could make good decisions on certain aspects. She was also patient when I changed my house on a couple of house searches at the last moment. I highly recommend her.

I have to say my experience with Annette Mckemy was five star worthy! I like what used to be common, "Customer Service", she provided that! She not only provided that, she also had another rare quality, "Professionalism"! Excellent experience with her!

Norman Schlemmer was the listing agent for the sale of our 10-year-old home in Pike Road, Alabama 36064. We were very impressed with his thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Pike Road and the surrounding region. He helped us understand the types of homes in each sub-division, and explained the reason for their different price ranges. Knowing why the homes in different sub-divisions varied from each other in price-per-square-foot enabled us to understand his recommended listing price for our home. He was spot on. When we had questions, Norman responded very quickly. If he did not know the answer, he researched and call with the answer.

He knew how to price our house and minor things to correct before putting it on the market. He also advised us on what not to do to update the house. He recommended who to use in getting the house ready and they were excellent. The house went on the market and we had it sold in less than 24 hours. We were very pleased with Norman Schlemmer's professional advise. He is a man of great character which is hard to find these days. You are in good hands with him listing or searching for your home. Norman has the experience, instincts, and personal attention that makes him one of the finest realtor in the Montgomery area. My family and I used his services to find our first house and then used him again to sell it a decade later. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
