Norm did an outstanding job in listening to our needs and then determining properties that would meet those needs. He was a pleasure to work with and help to coordinate all activities through the closing. Very personable and friendly.

Our experience with Arc and especially Norman Schlemmer was exceptional. He went above and beyond in helping us deal with all aspects of selling especially when we had to leave before closing.

So glad Norman Schlemmer listed my house!! Great experience!

Norman was an absolute pleasure to work with. We put our house on the market at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Norman was right there helping us handle how to safely show our home. He graciously volunteered to be at each of our showings. He walked us through our offer helping us to make decisions during the sale process.

I can't say enough great things about our experience working with Melanie! She went above and beyond to help us select the perfect home away from home for our new college student. The advice and insight she gave of the area and the important things for a student to consider were invaluable. It was very clear through the entire process that she was there for us and her patience and support are a huge part of why we are so comfortable with our choice and confident that we found the perfect home for our son. Truly awesome!

I just wanted to take moment to offer a bit of insight with sell of my 2nd home & my agent Melanie Fuller. Melanie found a buyer for the home, once listed in ONE DAY! Melanie was excellent in communicating throughout the process & very experienced & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Melanie was a God-send! Before we hired Melanie, our home had been listed with another agency for approximately 6 months. The home had very few showings and virtually no interest in spite of the fact that it was a cute home in a good location. Things changed quickly when we hired Melanie. She brought in a professional photographer to photograph the property, and she brought in a professional stager to accentuate the photographs and make the property more appealing. Once the new listing went live we had immediate interest. We had a contract on the house in approximately 2 weeks with other realtors wanting to make back-up offers. Unbelievable! We were VERY pleased with Melanie. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell real estate. Thanks Melanie!
