She advised us on how best to prepare our property to sell, market conditions in the area, pricing strategies, and evaluation of several offers. She even coordinated with a couple of local professionals to make some minor repairs on our behalf. She kept us informed throughout the process and was available anytime, to include evenings, weekends, and while on vacation—amazing! I am a first time home buyer and she was very informative and explained everything that I did not understand into full detail!
