Melanie is awesome! We did a lot of research before choosing an agent and were fortunate to have found Melanie. She was on top of things from our first communication all the way through closing, which happened in just over 5 weeks from listing. She advised us on how best to prepare our property to sell, market conditions in the area, pricing strategies, and evaluation of several offers. She even coordinated with a couple of local professionals to make some minor repairs on our behalf. She kept us informed throughout the process and was available anytime, to include evenings, weekends, and while on vacation—amazing!
