I met Lou back in 2009 when I needed a realtor to help me find a house in the Birmingham area. I was moving from Tuscaloosa and had to be out of that house within two weeks of accepting an offer. He helped us arrange for some contractors to handle some electrical and plumbing issues, he guided through the inspection and appraisal...he even cut the grass once when we were both down with Covid. He found a buyer and the closing went without a hitch. I don't know of anyone who could have done more to steer us through the process and it was completely painless.
