Joey worked so hard to make sure we got what we needed in a home for our family! He was extremely professional, but also very easy to talk to. He handles all our questions without ever getting frustrated and is always so quick to respond to us as handle any business. He always Makes us feel like his first priority even though this is an extremely busy time of year for his business. This is our third home purchase with Joey as well as having sold a home with him. It was an absolute pleasure working with Joey Brown. He was recommended to me by my brother who had worked with Joey; Joey also sold my late parents' home. Even if I had not had those recommendations, I believe I would have felt comfortable with Joey right away. He is very easy to talk to and did a great job listening to what I was looking for. He was infinitely patient with me. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, about the housing market, and various neighborhoods. And he did an excellent job representing my interests and being sure we discussed the pros and cons of each property vis a vis my wish list. He also impressed me by being available to me and working at all hours of the day or night as needed by the situation. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated; I knew he would have my back. Purchasing a home by myself for the first time was a big deal for me but with Joey as my realtor, I knew I'd be fine. And I ended up with a home I absolutely love.
