I don't know where 2 begin. This is the God's honest truth. If you ever seen the movie Jerry McGuire and his he dedicated himself to one client, that's Bryan. I have tears in my eyes right now because I have a laptop and I don't use it that often. Bryan kind of knew it in his spirit , he came over and showed me how to use it. I'm old enough 2 be his Mom, a first time buyer and I was scared as heck. God has blessed me w/a discerning spirit. In layman's terms that means I can read people really well. My husband asked me if I trusted Bryan and I said yes. My husband said okay. I consider Bryan is the Son I never in just knowing him in 2 months. I've been nervous, scared, confused and even mad about all the paperwork. He has never let me down by being there. He is professor, prompt and most of all kind. Bryan helped my husband and I purchase our first property, a two bedroom condo in Lake Forest. We found him to be very professional as well as easy to get along, and work with. All texts and emails were replied to typically within 5 minutes. If our questions required him to contact other agents, HOA's, Insurance or anything else he would normally reply same day. He made every effort to show us every property as quickly as possible, even arranging for his broker to show us one potential while he was on another appointment. The first property we put an offer on led us down a hard full week of negotiations, offers and counter-offers. Bryan was very thorough in going over the sellers conditions and pointing out red flags to us. Bryan left all the major decisions in our hands with a no-pressure attitude and was more than willing to walk away with us after all the time invested. Our second offer is where Bryan really impressed us. He helped us negotiate a sale price we were happy with and helped us navigate through repair credits that brought our all-in price bellow appraisal and what we even thought possible. Bryan went above and beyond to walk us through our first real estate transaction and make sure we were happy with our purchase. We look forward to working with him again when we are ready to upgrade from our starter home!

Bryan was very diligent and patient. He either knew exactly what was going on in the process or would get back to is in a timely manner. He was not hesitant to put in our lower bids, or ask things of the sellers. Although we had issues with the finance portion of our transaction, I always felt Bryan was doing his part perfectly, was honest and upfront. He was our saving grace during a stressful time. We got to know about Bryan through our lender. Bryan was available at all time, patient, proactive and would not give up even when we did! He was determined to find us the house we like and could afford, only problem, he managed to get us the ONLY house we loved! We looked at many and didnt like any of them other than one, which obviously many other liked! Bryan managed to convince the seller to pick us amongst 8 others! He guided us and communicated so well. He got his team involved when we had questions that he could have easily said had nothing to do with him! He truely went beyond and over to protect our financial interest. He was very honest. Cherry on top, he managed to get us a good discount ! Bryan and his team are wonderful. We love our first and new home....
