Mid-Century Homes is Boise’s leading team of mid-century real estate experts. Originally founded by TJ Pierce in 2015, Vance was the first long-term realtor to join the team and helped to grow the Mid-Century Homes brand you know today. Specializing in mid-century residential homes built in the 1950’s and 1960’s, Vance is surrounded by a team of mid-century specialists who are just as mid-century obsessed as he is. Vance seeks to preserve Boise’s mid-century community and connect like minds who share the same passion, care, and respect for its architecture as he does.

Vance helped our family sell our first home and buy our new forever home. He was the chill, no pressure realtor we needed! Always there when we had questions and always willing to find an answer (even after our sale and purchase were complete). He genuinely cared and listened to our needs. We gave him our vision of our next home, that home hit the market several months later, we were the first potential buyers to view, we made an offer, and now we are making the lovely home ours! He listened so well we only looked at ONE house!

We had the best experience working with Vance! He made the process so easy for us to buy our first home. He was so knowledgeable on the local area and my fiance and I got exactly what we wanted for our first home. Most of all, working with Vance was low pressure and genuine. We were nervous buying a house for the first time, but he made us feel confident every step of the way. We are in our new house now and couldn’t be happier!
