We highly recommend Ann Adams. She is very professional and personable. She made the selling process of our home very easy. She went beyond our expectations. We needed to sell our home quickly do to a new job across the country so we figured we’d have to have a competitive price. She strongly suggested we list twenty thousand more than we thought and was confident that it would still sell quickly and possibly sell even higher. Very thankful because we had multiple offers within a couple days and ended selling for thirty thousand more than what we wanted to list for. I definitely see why she is one of the best in the Phoenix area. You won’t be disappointed
