Maria was extremely attentive and professional. She addressed all my questions and concerns on cleaning the house to get it to show-ready. Mr. Romesh Panchal and Mrs. Sonal Panchal did an exemplary job with all of my real estate needs. We were treated as if we were a part of his family, every concern, demand, and like was taken into consideration by Romesh. At first we were having a hard time finding places that suited our needs but Romesh did not stop looking, everyday we would have new listings to review. We were starting to get disheartened but Romesh kept our spirits kept alive, by telling us that there will be new property listings everyday and that we will find something. Upon finding two properties that peaked our interest one was slightly costlier and smaller than the other but Romesh was not selfish. He did not persuade us to buy the more expensive property instead said that the price had been very inflated for that property and that it wasn't worth it. An honest hardworking family man, that connects with his clients is how I would describe Romesh. Even after the closing he told us that if we were ever in need of help to just give him a call.
