How You Want It, Thats How She Does It
Kelly and I worked together for 6 months. Inasmuch as I wanted to purchase a new home I had no reason to be in a big hurry. One of the things that makes Kelly Denio a pleasure to work with is her ability to evaluate the clients’ needs and act accordingly. She never applied pressure for me to “hurry up” and make an offer on any property I looked at; even when I really liked the home. Kelly was able to sense when I was not inclined to purchase. When I was finally ready to make an offer it was full speed ahead from that moment thru the closings on the house I sold and the house I purchased. This alone recommends her in my opinion and I believe she has the ability to respond appropriately for a different type of client; perhaps one who has pressures to buy a new home.
Additionally, Kelly helped with transitioning. Without my requesting it, she went ahead and contacted utility entities and so forth to find out what I had to do to end and start services. She made “to do” lists for me that gave me clarity at a time of stress while I was packing and preparing. Any communications she had with the lender and title companies were shared with me. Any questions or concerns I had she responded correctly to. If anything was unclear she took it upon herself to get answers from vendors, and the mortgage and title people. Kelly was with me every step of the way; looking at homes, the closing on the home I bought, and even on moving day. There are many things I could mention here to illustrate how Kelly went above and beyond during this period but this note would turn into a book! I will close by saying that I could not be more grateful and I am happy to recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who is knowledgeable, who takes action, and who is trustworthy.
