This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had working with someone in Real Estate. Richard goes the extra mile that most realtors won’t. I felt the whole time that I was working with a family member. He really takes the time to know you and find what your looking for. He has a wealth of experience that he enjoys sharing which made the process much easier. In addition he has always been available when I’ve needed him. Wow… Richard is truly a gem. Working with Richard, thankfully, was an enjoyable experience. He went above and beyond his role as a realtor, being available for constant questions. Answering questions regarding the whole process and very knowledgeable in every step of the process. He was patient ( even when I wasn’t) and readily available to show me several properties and assured that I got exactly what I wanted ( without being pushy, like other realtors).
