About Lorie

Lorie Leal is a native Floridian and has lived all over the state. She and her husband Roland chose Key Largo to be their home in 2001 and haven't looked back! Lorie is a 23-year, full time, professional Realtor® with American Caribbean Real Estate, a Christie's International Real Estate affiliate in Key Largo. Lorie is continually recognized as a company top performer & has also earned her Christie’s Luxury Specialist designation. In 2021, she was inducted into the Christie's Masters Circle, an elite group of top Christie's agents worldwide. She has appeared on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt and Island Life television shows, where she has helped families find their home in the fabulous Florida Keys! Known for her enthusiasm, sincerity and quick wit, Lorie guides her clients through the real estate process with care, diligence and humor – making it FUN! She was elected by her peers to serve as President 2017 for the Florida Keys Board of Realtors and in 2018 was awarded Realtor of the Year. She likes to stay current on local, state and national issues, laws and other matters important to Real Estate, not only to improve as a professional but also to protect the best interests of property owners. A believer in giving back to the community, Lorie serves on the associate board for Wesley House Family Services, a local non-profit that promotes and enhances the safety, well-being and development of children by educating, supporting and meeting the needs of families. She also is an Ambassador for Marrvelous Pet Rescues, a local non-profit dedicated to finding loving permanent homes for pets in need. Lorie also started Key Largo Cars & Coffee, a gathering of high performance car enthusiasts! Lorie's interests & hobbies include fishing, boating, exotic cars & track racing, cooking, reading, and spending time with her rescue mini-schnauzers . Lorie Leal is a complete package Real Estate Associate. We used her when purchasing our vacation home in the Keys and also used her several years later when selling our home. Lorie is a very honest person, energetic, and diligent when it comes to getting your questions answered for both her buyers and/or sellers. We have seen Lorie on both sides of the fence … she has never wavered in doing an outstanding job for her customers. On a separate deal, we also used Lorie’s husband, Roland Leal a Broker from Grander Yachts, in purchasing and selling a large boat. We are repeat buyers with Lorie, and boy are we glad we chose her to represent us (again) in a highly competitive Upper Keys market! With Lorie's expert advice and masterful negotiating, we were successful in a multiple offer situation in Tavernier for a highly sought after, Flood Zone X concrete home. On the market just 3 days, and with 4 other offers, we walked away with the prize! Lorie truly has her finger on the pulse of Keys real estate, and I wouldn't think of buying with anyone else.

Lorie was one of three RE agents we interviewed and she stood out from the others

Lorie was one of three RE agents we interviewed and she stood out from the others. From the moment she sat down with us to discuss selling our home she was on the ball! She was very thorough and knowledgeable and her marketing materials were great! Our home was sold within days of going on the market and the entire transaction was smooth! Lorie is very experienced and caring and was there every step of the way for us. We are grateful to have had her as our RE agent!
