Met Lindsey at a random open house in summer of 2022. We were very pleased with her knowledge and experience of the area, that when it came time to list our house, she already had a plan, all of the leg work had been completed and the e-signing of the paperwork was a snap! And voila, the house was on the market. She encouraged open houses to get as much foot traffic thru as possible, listings on international sites and other than Hurricane Ian causing a minor delay, we sold in 3.5 months with a cash offer! While not only trying to sell our house, we were then looking for the “forever”Florida home.
