Met Lindsey at a random open house in summer of 2022. We were very pleased with her knowledge and experience of the area, that when it came time to list our house, she already had a plan, all of the leg work had been completed and the e-signing of the paperwork was a snap! And voila, the house was on the market. Lindsey helped us purchase 2 below market properties and sell 2 above market properties in short order. Both properties sold had issues with the buyer's lenders, due to the above market values.
