so twice I have enlisted the help of Kathryn to help me sell a house buy a condo and buy another house. Each transaction was different and each time Kathryn came through for me with great results. I always tell Kathryn that not only is she an agent but, a friend, a financer, and even a therapist sometimes. I often found my self on the ledge and she always talked me off the ledge.
