Phyllis Koch epitomizes what a top notch Real Estate Professional should be. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and hard working. She also knows what great customer service is and truly puts her clients first. Once we let her know the area we wished to live in and the type of dwelling we desired she went to work for us. She showed us numerous properties that matched our stated parameters, wrote up offers for us and never once did we feel we were being pressured by her to buy a particular property. She has a better than average knowledge of the real estate laws and processes. She responded quickly whenever we needed her, whether it was to show us a property, write up an offer, answer a question or just reassure us throughout the entire purchasing process. Leo was absolutely awesome to work with. He sold my parent's property in Punta Gorda. Our family was not local so we relied upon Leo for guidance along the way. If you want someone that has your back every step of the way, Yvette is your realtor. My husband and I thought we would have to look at 100 homes to find our dream home and because Yvette listened to our needs, we found our dream home on our first outing. If you want someone that will have your back and best interest, go with Yvette. It was hard to tell who was more excited us or Yvette. She genuinely cares! You won't be sorry!

Brian helped me find my first house, and he was very informative at every step of the process. There were some gaps in my knowledge about the home buying process and he was always available to answer the questions I asked and also the questions I didn't know to ask. He also stepped in to ask the seller to repair certain portions of the home on my behalf which resulted in a better purchase. He provided me with contacts for various services as well, such as inspection, insurance, etc. He was forthright and worked his schedule around my own. Brian worked very hard for my family and I. We were selling a home from out of state which caused some complications and he diligently worked as an advocate for us. Additionally he spent a lot of time communication jvating with our realtor out of state. After it was all said and done it worked out perfectly. Leo was referred to us by my brother & sister-in-law. He had helped them purchase their primary home as well as a rental property. Leo showed us several properties during each trip we made to the area until we found the right home with close access to open water which was high on our priority list.
