Tere was there for us at the beginning to help clear out the house and garage. She also contacted removal businesses and listed item to sale on Marketplace. Tere always had ideas on how to best present the property. She even personally painted the shutters and worked on the landscaping. Because we live out of state and could not be on site, Tere would contact us any further upgrades that was needed to make the house more marketable. Tere's photos of the property were magical. The photos and information on all of the amenities of the Harbor Lights community for the online listing were beautifully done. We have bought and sold homes in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina and Florida and Tere has been the best agent we have ever worked with, giving generously of her time. She was an absolute pleasure!
