Working with Linda Dutcher to sell our home was a pleasure. Linda definitely has the knowledge of the market necessary for the Burnt Store area. And is extremely professional and capable. But where I think Linda is especially strong is in her hard work. I believe that our unit sold when many other similar units have not because of Linda Dutcher. With the down market there were very few showings for all Sellers. The difference was Linda's being there to show potential Buyers, not just our unit, but she also took them on a tour of all of the amenities which Grand Isles has to offer, and provided potential Buyers with the benefits of living there. I truly believe that Linda's hard work, pleasant demeanor and honesty was instrumental in our arriving at a rapid agreement to sell our unit.

When it comes to being a hard worker, Kyle was the best. Energy and go power that does not end. He is an incredibly strong knowledge of the real-estate business. Not only does he listen but he remembers. I run out of energy fast ang he would slow down for me and several times we stopped to have an ice cream break which Kyle paid for. Well what can I say? A lot! I was desperate, at my wits end!! I wasn’t getting anywhere. Knocking my head upside a brick wall. Then I heard about Teresa from a neighbor. I didn’t act immediately, I was disheartened thinking no one could help me. After one last hard head knock I called Teresa. I said “my name is… and I need to put this home on the market immediately.” She went back to her house got the sign and put it up. We signed the realtor agreement and by Sunday of the same week Teresa had found a buyer. I think the total time was 3 maybe four days on the market. She saved my life!!! Teresa is an energetic, no nonsense, get it done go getter. She knows her stuff. Efficient, up to date with technology, uses her time well.
