I just read a review that absolutely shocks me! Shawna Calvert is the most ethical and trustworthy
I just read a review that absolutely shocks me! Shawna Calvert is the most ethical and trustworthy person I know. She will go the extra mile and give you the shirt off her back. She helps a hoarder move her junk to storage so she can sell her house. She drives her clients to medical appointments. Who does that? She always shows up at listing appointments and inspections and works tirelessly to get the best price for her clients. Anyone posting anything different must be having a really bad day or be mentally unstable!!! From what I see all reviews are a 5 star except for a stray cat.... just saying! People are smart! They can decipher this for themselves.

The very best realtor I know and have worked with for several years. She is so incredibly informative, thorough in every aspect. I highly recommend Shawna Calvert as your go to realtor in all real estate needs. My family worked with Shawna Calvert to explore moving to Florida. She helped us understand all of our different choices and we learned so much about many areas. Her knowledge on specific neighborhoods, HOA's and taxes saved us a lot of times. We looked at everything from resell homes to new builds and even rentals! It was great to have so many options that she could help us with. She was patient, kind and very attentive to our endless calls, texts and emails. I speak for my whole family when I highly recommend her to have your best interest in mind and to get things done!

Debra Bergman is cool, calm and smart!
She understood what we wanted and found it for us. She held our hand when we were worried and educated us on the realities of Florida real estate. She was so respectful of the entire business that we knew we had struck gold when we met her at an open house. She never questioned our wishes but tactfully directed our search using her experience and great personality to make us feel valued as clients and respected friends.

A home went up for sale in the same neighborhood that my uncle moved to 3 years ago, and it was where my mother wanted to retire to. I clicked a button and Shawna responded within minutes. We were 1500 miles away and she helped us make my mother’s dream come true, being with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do, helping us with the leg work in purchasing this home. She was looking out for our best interest. We would never have been able to accomplish what we have without her.

Debra was so professional.
Debbie’s humor and professionalism helped to create a calm for us during this entire process. She made suggestions so our home would look it’s best when shown. She notified us, when possible, in advance of appointments and gave us follow-up reports. The best part of all was that our home sold 52 hours after it was listed! We were so pleased to have her with us during the closing. It was a positive experience from beginning to closing. Thank you, Debbie!
