I have bought and sold 5 houses in my lifetime, Shawna is the best agent I have had. Two of my past were top agents in their area however none comes close to Shawna. She treats you like her only client although she is very busy. My house got a contract in 6 days due to how Shawna marketed our home. I can’t say enough good about her!

Mark is an exceptional real estate agent. We were living in NJ and wanted to move to FL. Mark took the time to travel to different communities that we were interested in. He videotaped the homes so we could see what they had to offer. Weeks later when I met with Mark he took me on tours of those communities and he was very patient. Shawna I wanted to send a grateful thank you for helping me with my recent home sale. To think that I've never actually met you in person, and to feel so at ease with the whole process I think speaks highly of your character and integrity. To think the realtor prior to you had the home listed for 4 months producing nothing really of substance; and you had the home for less than a month and brought more substantial offers to the table that ultimately led to its sale is amazing. You recognized what the home needed to get this done, and had the resources to accomplish this in a very efficient and fluid manner. Any issues that came about were dealt with in a very "cool and collected" way and there was very little assistance needed from myself during the process, a great thing when you are selling from multiple states away! Thanks again, you are a true master of your craft.
