Highly recommend Melissa for anyone interested in home buying, particularly for first-time buyers. My husband and I were completely naive to the process, however, Melissa was patient, communicative, and walked us through each step. As a “newbie”, one of the biggest fears we had was feeling pressured to do anything, yet with Melissa, we never did. She always asked what we wanted and what our expectations were so that she could ensure the right fit for us. Another aspect that we greatly appreciated were the consistent updates. It was clear that she was working all the time for us because we would get regular updates and reminders throughout the process. Again, new to the process, this was nice to have those reminders and the experienced insight along the way. Her knowledge of the market led to a great deal with the home purchase and we could not be happier. She was considerate of the seller/seller’s agent but also steadfast in her resolve with getting us the best deal. She knows every thing about any neighborhood in Central Florida, does her diligence of market value research/finding comps, and is the BEST negotiator. Not only can she close deals faster than the average Realtor, she is knowledgeable in interior design and has an eye for home staging or where to put your furniture in a new house. Called me right away - ansered all my questions - was very helpful and wasy to work with. I highly recommend her!!!! I was looking homes that we in foreclosure. I actually only had one in mnd and this was just an inquiry. I decided not to pursue it as I am not ready to make the move to that area but I will call her back when I am ready. she also had worked with my son in law around 8 years ago and he highly recomended her.
