Alicia is outstanding! Alicia showed us around after we arrived from out of state and invested a great deal of time and attention very early on. Her advice proved to be spot on and she helped us negotiate toward the best possible sale. Not only can she close deals faster than the average Realtor, she is knowledgeable in interior design and has an eye for home staging or where to put your furniture in a new house. Called me right away - ansered all my questions - was very helpful and wasy to work with. I highly recommend her!!!! I was looking homes that we in foreclosure. I actually only had one in mnd and this was just an inquiry.
