Frances exceeded my expectations on every level in handling the short sale of my house. She was patient with my questions and concerns, explaining the process to me step by step and offering reassurance often. She was a fierce advocate for me aggressively defending the sale against the bank's unreasonable demands and delays. She managed to protect my interests while defending the requests of the new owner. In the short sale process, it isn't the seller vs. the buyer; it is the seller and buyer vs. the bank! Frances managed to get us all through the process as painlessly as possible.
