This is my first time buying a home. I don’t think I would have had a more honest and straight forward experience somewhere else. I appreciated how Fran answered all my questions, and when she didn’t know she got the answers for me. She made sure my lenders stuck to there word and kept numbers where they were suppose to be, which ultimately made me feel good about finishing the home buying process.
