After having some bad past experiences with realtors, I was determined to do my due diligence before hiring a realtor to sell my home. After consulting with several realtors via phone I ended up hiring Fran, and it was the best decision I could have made. Fran is an absolute pro. We had a very difficult situation, selling a somewhat run down property that was tenant occupied and in the early stages of foreclosure. Fran hit the ground running and immediately she had 2 cash offers from investors. I decided to put the house on the market but having those offers was an excellent insurance policy. Within a week of listing the house, Fran had an offer for me that was above asking price with a hefty down payment. Throughout the process she was able to meet every challenge head on. Any issue that we had, she was ready with a plan of action to get it resolved. Fran is extremely well organized and was on top of everything. I cannot tell you how much this alleviated my stress. From the day I signed the contract with her until the day we closed, she made sure that everything stayed on track.
