Our experience with Lindsey was nothing short of exceptional, her communication and organization was top notch!! We didn’t have to wait for any documents and she was pressing the other agents and lenders to get her what she needed. She traveled far beyond her area of normal service to look at the homes we were interested in and stayed dedicated until we found the home for us. We were in Michigan trying to buy in Florida so she was our eyes and she knows a few things about homes and knows what to look for. I trusted her and she did not let us down. My Uncle and family cannot speak enough about the stellar service Christine and Karyn provided to us. Christine was actually referred to us by our neighbor who vowed we wouldn't be disappointed, she was so right!!! Steve helped us to find our dreamed first home with a unique dedication, expertise and most important...patience!! His commitment to us was unvaluable. His extensive experience in the market is noticeable, he sent us the available properties before them were on Zillow, something very important in a super competitive market. It is worth noting that all the properties complied with at least one item on the wish list, which denotes that he took the time to review each one before considering it to send. Then he quickly scheduled the visits. Once in each property, he gave us the details and accompanied us on the tour, indicating what concerns him and what strengths each one had. At the end, he asked us what we thought and indicated the real value that property had for him, to consider making a reasonable offer. When we finally found the one, he helped us with the inspection, walked us through, and guided us through the entire process to closing. Steve definitely made the home search process fun, fast and confident.
