Hire Lindsey Immediately!!! She negotiated strong and saved us big money off asking price! She even renegotiated after the inspection to make sure all safety/maintenance concerns were completed! She communicated with us daily and lined everything up with the title company, insurance company, utilities, and our lender to make sure we closed ON TIME and were set up to move in immediately. This was our 3rd home purchased and the BEST experience we've had. Special shout out to Riley Nyhus for her help as well!

I met her last October found the model that we were looking for,15mins from my son and grand-daughter. She not only found us a home she recommended an Agent in NY who listed our home in Jamaica Queens and together they were able to coordinate the sale and purchase so much so that we only needed to stay with my son and his family for one month! Alejandra was a pleasure to work with in our 8 month long new build process. She was responsive to all of our questions and quick to jump in with the builder.
